Dr. Pappy’s career is marked by leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. He has been nationally recognized as the American Society of Regional Anesthesia (ASRA) and Pain Medicine’s Resident/Fellow of the Year. He continues to serve in leadership roles within national organizations such as ASRA, North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience. Through these positions, he has shaped mentorship programs, advocated for diversity, and contributed to research initiatives.

With a research background, Dr. Pappy’s expertise is not confined to the clinic or operating room. His work has been presented at national and international conferences. His ability to bridge the gap between clinical practice and strategic healthcare initiatives positions him as a leader in developing new models of care and driving transformative change within the industry.
